Hi There...
Back on the program now after having my bubs with a long way to go...bugger hey..
Anyway found these bars in my super market and thought i would ask if they are allowed.
They are Atkins Day Break Strawberry Crisp bars 35g. Info is'
(per serve first, then per 100g)
Energy 623 kj - 1685 kj
Protein 11g - 29g
Fat total 8.3g - 22g
- saturatred 3.1g - 8.4g
Carbs 3.1g - 8.4g
Dietry Fibre 4.6g - 13g
Sodium 99mg - 268mg
I am thinking obviously only half a bar or a portion like for other treats replacing fruit!
No biggie if not, they are just really nice and better than the sugar free choc!
Thanks, glad to be back in TF land..

Dear Kezzym, Thank you for your enquiry. In response to your question, the Atkins Endulge and Advantage Bars can be consumed on the Tony Ferguson Program as a treat. Keep in mind that you are only allowed a maximum of 2 treats per week. The rule for these bars are as follows: · Atkins Advantage Bars (Chocolate Decadence & Choc Hazelnut Crunch): 1/3 bar as 1 treat serve · Atkins Endulge Bars: ½ bar as 1 treat serve Our nutritionist has analysed the nutritional panel of the Atkins Day Break Strawberry Crisp Bars and customers may have ½ of the bar as 1 treat serve. I you should have any further enquiries please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Centre on 1800 612 644. Kind regards, Angela TF
