Is the cauliflower rice and notatoes suitable to freeze? And wot about the cauli rice mix for sushi is that suitable to freeze?

Is there any foods from the cookbook that are suitable to freeze?

Would be a great help as i do FIFO and the food here is crap and unhealthy espesh the main meals.

Thank you for your enquiry.  In response to your question, most of the recipes in our cookbooks are fine to freeze.

 

In regards to the cauliflower recipes,  these should be fine to freeze however, it really is a  matter of trial and error.
