Well!

I fell off the wagon... Into a river of terrible terrible food!

Five months ago, I moved out of home and for a good while I was living from paycheck to paycheck and couldn't afford TF anymore. So I was eating terrible, cheap, fatty foods. The great thing was! I didn't have scales! So my pigging out was completely guilt free.

Now I've gotten on top of things, I looked in the mirror and just went 'erugh'. It wasn't pleasant to see myself climbing back up to where I started. I had never made my goal weight so it was very disappointing and the thought was always in the back of my mind. However, Now I have decided that my long term health is the most important thing, I want to be able to swim in the pool at Christmas time and not be the fat cousin. I've found that the money I was spending on alcohol every weekend easily could cover my TF cost.

So I am back! And this time I am going to make it to my goal weight.

My short term goal is to lose 5 kilos before Christmas time, so I can at least drop the weight I have gained, and a little bit more. After all they made such a fuss after the first 10 kilos, I'd hate to disappoint them by turning up chubby again.

My long term goal is, by next year when I start my practicals working in schools as a student teacher, I want to be skinny so I can wear the suits and skirts I want. I want to have lost 10 kilos.

------------------------------------------------------------------

First 9 Weeks on TF: Lost 11.6 kgs

Never made my goal

5 Months later: Gained 3.1 kgs

Week One: Back on the Tony Pony with a loss of 2.8 Kilos
Week Two: A loss of 1.4 Kilos

I've tried to get back onto TF tens of times over the last few months but I've found the thing I lacked was the support of the forum.

When I used to get bored at home, I'd eat. However on TF whenever I got bored, I'd just drop on into the forums and see how everyone was going and just have a nice chat. There was no boredom eating. The forum changes EVERYTHING.

I am positive, This time I WILL do it.

It's definately a safe bet to make!

I am going to do this. No matter what!

After all, I've lost 11.6 kilos before in 9 short weeks, easy weeks!

But I'm fairly certain it will take a bit longer this time, as I will be shifting weight in a much lower body weight to loss ratio.
