| Ahh, I hate when this time of year rolls around, I have LOTS on in October, November and December!!... I had the biggest weekend !!.. I thought I got drunk at that wedding 2 weeks back, OMG, let me tell you, I had 2 bottles of wine on Saturday night at my brother in laws 21st, some cowboy shots and I ate 3 long breadrolls, and 4 tacos, as well as some lollies and chips.. YUK!!.. I did throw up at the end of the night, before draggin my husband into bed and cleaning his vomit off the dining room floor YUK!!.. Sunday rolled around and I felt like crap.. really yucky... Then we had a friend of mines daughter birthday. I think they were expecting about 500 guests with the amount of food they had, it just kept coming out, and out and out.. By the end of that, in the heat I felt like I was going to die lol.. We came home, sat on the lounge all night and went to bed feeling really yucky.. Then Yesterday came, it was my husbands 24th Birthday!!... So needless to say, we ate whatever all day.. I had meatloaf on toast for breakfast, and meatloaf on rolls for lunch.. I could feel the oil pumping through my arteries it was that yucky. Then we had for dinner spaghetti bolognaise pinwheels, Spaghetti meat and sauce wrapped in pastry with cheese and spinach. And home made garlic bread.. Then chocolate mud cake for dessert.. OH BOY, Did I feel like crap..
I knew It was all bad for me, I knew I was feeling sick, but I didnt stop myself.. I dont know why, I think I was wrapped up in the festivities of birthdays to think twice..
So im here to share it with you all, share all my sins, and hopefully be forgiven.. I gained 1.4kgs this weekend according to my wii, I did think it was going to be more than that.. But still a gain of 1.4kgs is disgusting!!... Im back on this morning, with my bottle of water at hand !!... Still feeling yucky though.. very icky feeling inside.. Oh, and i am STILL having toilet troubles, I think it might be more than just this diet that is doing it to me.. But all my doc says is take laxatives, I want a long term solution.. not just a quick fix, which im having to do with peritone. ...

Hey, I didnt throw up much considering how much i drank that night. I have tried everything for my toilet problems, I have tried fibresure, benefibre, the fibrecaps, lemon in hot water. I can not stomach the tf raw fibre, i makes me throw up, i tried it and gagged the whole time, and then just threw it up. Im having to take peritone, but each time i take it, its taking longer and longer to work. SO its not good, I think I need to get some colon cleanse, my friend gave me some, but she didnt give me the scoop and she ripped the expiry date off it, so im abit suss to try it lol, might get some myself, dunno how much it is, cause we are broke til next wednesday, i hate getting paid fortnightly ... I never had a problem going to the toilet before, but i do now..

I have had a couple of binges on double d sugar free chewy lollies, and they clean out my system the next morning, after a very windy night! Luckily my partner was away last night! I feel nice and empty and am off for a weigh in!
You could try them. I find 3 is ok but 5 + is what gets me going, so to speak. And, they're yum!

| Hi Rachy, I think you have been given some great advice you just need to get everything clear first so that you can start fresh, putting everyones advise into a plan that will work. I would use Colon Care it is a last resort, however I am aware you have been struggling for a while now and you should start fresh, just remember Colon Care is a COMPLETE bowel evacuant and you can not take it if you are not able to stay at home for the day When you are clear take 3 Fibre caps in the morning and three at night, always with 1-2 large glasses of water, to break up the fibre and allow it to move through and work ( think of what weet bix looks like if it has not enough water). your water intake seems fine so I would not increase that unless it is a very hot day and you are sweating a lot. Fruits eaten with their skins and berries are good high fibre choices. Blackberries Raspberries Blueberries Strawberries Bananas Oranges Prunes Apples with skin Grapefruit Pears with skin Dried Apricots halves (10) You can stew the Prunes if you like them and drink the juice from them, adding a little Equal if needed. Green leafy vegetables are especially high in fibre and they are a free food. Zucchini Green beans Brussels Sprout Cauliflower Broccoli Spinach Eggplant Asparagus Also make sure you are getting enough good fats per day as they help to lubricate the digestive system, use good fats such as Avocado, Olive oil or fish oil supplements, Avoid hard animal fats like those found in red meat, make sure you always trim meat of visible fat before cooking. I hope this helps, if you need any more help remember we are only a phone call away on 1800612644.
