Hi everyone. Having lost 35kg about 10 years ago around 12kg have slowly crept back on. Cannot get my head around a half kilo loss per week so am going to give TF a go. Started yesterday and all ok so far. Trying to tell myself the cravings will only last a week or two and then should be on my way.
Wish me luck
H

Hi and welcome.Just so you know half a kilo loss per week is actually a very healthy approach to losing weight, studies say that your more likely to keep it off. That being said everyones bodies are different, and the rate at which we lose is different also...just remember that there is going to be good weeks and bad weeks. I lost 400g last week and I think a loss is a loss. Good luck with the TF program, I hope you get the results your looking for.

hi and welcome !!!
don't worry, the first week is definitely the hardest, so it should get easier very soon
i find that having some TF jelly made up in the fridge helps with the cravings, it tastes yum and you can have as much as you like !!!
good luck from me as well, and i look forward to seeing how you are going on your weight loss journey

Hi All
Thank you for your words of encouragement.
I lost 2.7kg in the first week!!!!
1.5kg in week two!!
Feeling very happy with this. But yes a loss is a loss and I know it will slow down from here. Because I exercise so much I was hoping to do 1kg per week.
Loving this forum, you are all very inspirational!
Helen
