| Hi, I have just started on the program (2 days in) and seem to be having all the "normal" symptoms that I have read about but I just wanted to ask for any advice / tips on how to get through the first week or two (basicly the hard part while your body adjusts to the new diet etc). Thanks in advance and bring on the new skinny me! Dave

Hey dave, great to see another male on the tf journey Take advantage of the receipe section hun, theres loads of great ideas to use. Also remember you can use your shakes and soups to make other items, eg piklets, muffins etc. Take your chromium plus for the cravings - it lasts for 5hours.

Make sure you eat ALL of your veges and drink ALL of your water. The water really does give the headaches a kick up the ***, and I've found (Sadly, this is my second start on the diet) that I dont get any of the symptoms if I just take it a little easy in the first week. I cut my dog walking in half and walk slowly to uni instead of rushing it. I just give my body plenty of time to adjust to not burning the easy carbs I was giving it.
