| Hi All, I posted the below in the general forum last night but having now had a better look around it would seem that perhaps this area would of been better. "I have just started on the program (2 days in) and seem to be having all the "normal" symptoms that I have read about but I just wanted to ask for any advice / tips on how to get through the first week or two (basicly the hard part while your body adjusts to the new diet etc)." To finish my introduction my name is David (please call me Dave) I'm 28 years old and I weigh 112.2kgs. I have a beautiful wife and a 1 year old daughter and I'm taking this journey as much for them as I am myself. Thanks in advance for all the advice and support and bring on the new skinny me! Dave

| Dear Davidw, Welcome to the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program and Congratulations on making the decision to change your life around. The first week on the program is the hardest, your body will release toxins as it enters the fat burning process, may I suggest drinking your 2 litres of water as it will help flush out the toxins. If you have any questions regarding the program or would like further support, please contact our Customer Support Centre on 1800 612 644.
