Hi
im just wondering if we are allowed to have deli spreads while doing tf? I only use like a dash when i am cooking) The front of the bottle says energy 148 kj or di 2% (whatever that is)

The back of the bottle says
vegetable based spread, ingredients:

capsicum 50%, tomato, onion, water, sugar, vegetable oil (antixidant 320), vinegar, chilli (3.5%) garlic, salt, modified starch (tapicoa (1442), spice, natural colour (paprika), vegetable gum (415) preservative (200), food acid (330)

In response to your question, this product is fine to have. As long as the carbohydrates are 5g or less per serve then this is fine to consume on the Program.
