I've tried to get back into the TF diet for a while now, but my biggest let down was always my breakfast addiction. There was nothing I loved more than a biiiig breakfast with a big cup of Milo, and when starting the diet, a failure at the begining of the day excused my crappy eating for the rest of the day, because I'd just start over 'tomorrow'. Why didn't I come back to the forums?

So last night I was having a whinge about how I miss having my morning milo frappe and how I loved chowing down on breakfast and how it was always my downfall in dieting. So my housemate Fred came to the rescue!

This morning I was prepared for the unsatifying practise of gulping down my shake, but no! I walk out into the kitchen and there waiting for me was a 'Fred's Frappe for Fatty', Yes he is a funny one. It was crushed ice, mixed with a Tony Ferguson shake and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! And because it was so cold and icy, it forced me to drink it slowly and it felt so much more satisfying because it was almost double the size of a regular shake and it had some substance to it! Also, He had chopped up my fruit for me, all ready for to beat my morning munchies!

Isn't that just the sweetest?

I would suggests 'Fred's Frappe for Fatty' to anyone who has the same breakfast cravings as I do!
