I thought it would be nice to compile a list of all the music that keeps us all motivated and pumping through our workout, what ever it would be! From just a walk to a kick-boxing class, What are your favourite tracks to listen to when exercising?

Personally, I only walk and at the moment I have been listening to my new Michael Buble 'Crazy Love' album, because instead of focusing on the walk, I am belting out the lyrics making all the dogs in the neighbourhood howl I also love my Essential Michael Jackson collection, the beats just put a spring in your step!

So boys and girls! What di you have on your iPod that makes you groove through a workout?

i dont have an ipod, but i use 80's music to get me moving, nothing beats bon jovi (drrrrrrrrrooooooooooooooooooooooooooooollllllllllllll) and all the other hair gits of the 80's, suzy q, bonnie tyler, nik kershaw, ohh i could go on and on and on and on lol

Also indian drum music gets me moving also and i love the indian flute music to slow me down (most of the time) ohh and the didgeridoo music, that covers a huge variety, and i have it up loud so the vibration goes through the house ohhh and celtic music lol, ohhhhh sooooo much
