I'm VERY keen to join TF

And was wondering do they ever have joining promotions??

Also what is a rough estimate of the start up cost (fibre and supps etc)?? I think I have to pay the joining fee AND buy the book is that right?

Sorry for all the questions.

I have been following TF's poor cousin and am loving it. Having great weight loss and feeling great. I would really love to join tf and have that support of a consultant to talk with.

In general, there isn't a joining promo for TF although you may find that occasionally your closest clinic will have a sign up special. For example, the clinic I joined up with originally recently sent me an email with an offer of a samples bag if you purchased a week of shakes. Problem is that it's on the other side of the country to where I am now lol. I have never seen the Terry White clinics having specials. They may do, but I've never seen any.

When you're joining TF it really depends on how many weeks you buy products for, and what you purchase. You could buy just shakes, or shakes, munch bars and the dinners. I guess it really depends on what you want. If you have a look at the TF website, there's an online ordering system that will help you to calculate your start up costs. You do need to buy the book when you sign up, and I'd recommend getting it anyway as it helps to explain how the diet works and gives you lots of information that you may need later on. I have a friend who is doing CS and I had to explain a lot of things to her because CS doesn't seem to offer the same support and information.

Price wise, TF is a little more expensive but to be honest the support that you get from the clinics is absolutely invaluable. I wouldn't have gotten anywhere if it wasn't for my consultants

The Challenge Challenge - 5.1kg in 4 weeks

The NYE Challenge - 27.5kg in 24 weeks

Pledged 5kg in the Spring Challenge, lost 7kg
Pledged 8kg in the bbbbbb Challenge, lost 5.4kg
Pledged 4kg in the October Challenge, lost 7.2kg

All the best Shocking, I'm sure you wont be disappointed.  When I first joined in 2007 it cost me about $118. with joining fee, shaker, vitamins, fibre and two weeks of shakes. Of course there have been some price increases since then, and there are also two cook books out now.  So it will depend on what you want to actually start with.

I always think that the cost of TF vs the junk I normally eat, TF comes out a winner.

Me giving it another go!!! Thanks Mally

Well I did it!!!!!

I joined at Robina this afternoon.

I thought Ready to roll is right. With all the money I spend on junk food. How can I put a price on good health.

They did have a special offer on packs of Chromium, fibre and vitamins. $10off
