Hi! I'm new to this whole thing. Lost 35kg on WW 10 years ago, but now 12kg has crept back on. Have tried Tony Ferguson before but never lasted through one day of afternoon carb cravings (the type that would have me mugging an old granny for her Mars Bar). Then read the forum and followed advice that you just have to get through the first 3 days before the massive cravings go away. Ok so am on Day 4 and feeling great! Also a gym junkie so would love to hear from others who are doing weight training and how the diet has affected you. I am 39 years young and a mum and a full time teacher.

Hi Hneils,
I only have about 12kgs to lose. I am currently a university student and wanting to become a teacher! I have just got back into some endurance training after my first 3 weeks on the program, which didn't go so well. I have found that if I can space my meals around my exercise times, main meal before I train and fruit after that I am fine. For the first couple of weeks I had an extra piece of fruit or something else just in case (am an easy hungry exercise fainter), but found as I get better with the program the less I need to eat before exercise! Good luck and happy training

Hi - I have 15kgs to lose and I love the gym also, I go 4 times a week and jog the other days (most days that is). I have 2 boys - one is 4 and the other is 6 months. I am really enjoying this program, more than I thought I would! Actually you have just reminded me, I'd better decide if I am jogging or gymming today... Anyway good luck with your weight loss, I'm sure it won't take you long to reach your goal

Hi Guys

I have 11  kilos to loose. Started TF again today(yea I've had a couple of tries before), I would love to be at goal for 2010 but that is 8 weeks away and that might be a bit too much too hope for so I hope  to loose 8 kilos by end 2009.

Right now I am 83.3 and I am aiming to get down to 72 ultimately.

Hi there, I am a 37 yr old, single mum of 2 boys. Working part time and studying. No time for the gym but do walk the dog everyday. I have 10 kilos to lose and have been off and on for awhile. I have been really good this week with food and was hoping to get a kilo off a week to be ready for camping at christmas. My scales obviously have something ekse in mind. Jumped on the scales this morning to see no change at all. 68 kilos still and was very disappointed. The only thing i can think of is my 'cup of tea' intake~i didnt really think it would make a big difference. Will try with only the recommeded 3 per day and well...finger's croossed.
