Just wondering if there are any people out there, finding it easier to lose centimetres rather than kilos/grams.  So far this time round I am slowly eating away centimetres but not the weight.  A little frustrating but good to know the weight is changing shape I guess.

Me giving it another go!!! Thanks Mally

whoo hoooo i am the first one to stick my hand up!!

I hate scales, always have done, always will, and i go by measurements!!! And i am proud to say i am atm, loosing about 1cm a week off my belly -- just so long as i dont loose boob cause i dont have enough to loose from there, although i can afford to loose it off butt, belly, arms, legs, neck, face hahahah

I tend to loose kgs faster than cms at the moment, but I think once I get a bit lower I'll find it easier to loose cms as I'll be exercising a lot. That in itself tends to make you loose cms instead. My waist is naturally rather small, and once I loose fat of my belly it tends to stay about the same, but I don't measure my arms and legs regularly. I guess I should because that's where I'll see the change!

The Challenge Challenge - 5.1kg in 4 weeks

The NYE Challenge - 27.5kg in 24 weeks

Pledged 5kg in the Spring Challenge, lost 7kg
Pledged 8kg in the bbbbbb Challenge, lost 5.4kg
Pledged 4kg in the October Challenge, lost 7.2kg

I remember when I was on TF (started Dec 2007) I seem to lose it in kilos first and the cms were all over the place but I generally put that down to different people measuring me in different places.  I ended up stopping with the measuring just out of frustration.  Now Im glad I'm doing the measuring cos its pretty much the only 'down'numbers I'm getting LOL.

I really didn't lose cm's for ages when I did TF.  It was close to 12kg before my waist really moved and yet I read someone the other day lost no weight that week but 5cm on their waist.... that's huge amount.

So long as something moves I'm happy, whichever one it is, I know the other will follow

Well done on the cm loss RtR!
