Don't worry. It's not as though you are the first to do something like that. Next time you feel tempted get yourself out of harms way.
I'm wondering where the cheesecake was ?home ?at the shops. My advice if it was at home - clean out the fridge and get rid of all things that could tempt you. If it was at the shops then how about buying yourself a little not edible treat instead while you have a bottle of water.
Good luck. You can do it. I did and boy doesn't it make you feel good in the long term

| and here i was feeling naughty lol. the night before last i had all the wrong veges (just a spoonfull) and boy did i really want it, but i know i will pay later lol my since was mashed potato with corn and baby peas in it being used as a bed for meatballs in gravy (so i know it was only a spoonfull) ---- first time i broke the tf journey and what makes me mad, it wasnt an accident, i did it knowing exactly what i was doing, so yep i am guilty as charged hopefully the amount of walking i did in the last couple of days helped wear it off lol

| So me eating curried mince & rice, plus taste testing the cream for my kids b'day cake is really bloody bad then!! I loved the mince & rice but the cream made me feel sick....we are all guilty of doing these things - but we still have to live a little too. Tomorrow is a new day and to start afresh.

| I have a confession...Lol I made curried mince the other night, midnight i should add! It is my most favourite thing to eat!!! It is only boiled heart smart mince, curry powder, carrot and onion - all okay (carrot in moderation of course) then to thicken it i added plain flour! naughty naughty!!! and then to top it iff i have to enjoy my curry on bread, so 4 pieces of bread later and about 250 grams of protein, i was full!!! OMG... it was so good, didnt even feel guilty though, that was what scared me a little??? no guilt? hmmm.....I got straight back on the wagon and decided that if going to have it i have to have 120 grams only and NO BREAD!!! But yes we all fall off the wagon! and we know we are doing it but something seems to come over me and tells me that it doesn't matter - i need will power! Keep moving forward and you will be fine
