Hi there,
I just started tony ferguson program like 2 days and im a little confused what i can have to eat besides my shakes and fruit, during the day, Im in fat burning mode so i guess im just a little confused on what i can have ??

You can have a salad made of any of the allowed vegetables, you can have fruit, water and your shakes through the day.

6 hard OR 3 chewy sugarfree sweets
unlimited jelly
and your two treats /week
