I know I'm a bit of a dill when it comes to pc's....but, how do you get one of those weekly, weight loss thingies?  Hiya Go to http://www.tickerfactory.com for details on the weight loss thingy. It's called a Ticker :O) You can add it into your signature but copy past. To go to your signature, go under Control Panel, then Edit Signature. Happy Ticking!

Stuffed if I could work out how to get a graph! I checked Mallyflea's instructions and she says to press 'print screen' on your keyboard....but my keyboard doesn't have a 'print screen' aaaarrrrgggghhhh

| ok tickerfactory have graphs click on your graph and it will take you back you will see some boxes under your ticker an example......
click on the Add Past Data now add a date prior to your start weight here... eg: 1 week before and then a weight, make it .100g more or whatever......... 
and this should show up just put your pin in and click add.... 
now it should show you this.... 
click on the Add button below your graph and copy the bbcode for this graph to your signature
