hi everyone can we have sodawater

started 125 kg
week 1 120.3 lose 4.7 week 2 119.6 lose 5.4kg gone week 3 118.2 lose 6.8kg gone week 4 116.00 9kf gone week 5 115.1kg fell off back last lose 1kg week 114kg mini goal next week to bee 111kg i made this goal

mallyflea (6/11/2009) You can have soda water, however keep in mind it does contain sodium, so please limit these to around 3 glasses a day. You can use these towards your water intake for the day. Better still, have the sparkling mineral water instead, that does not have the sodium content.Oh my I didnt know that!!! Oh good I have been craving something gassy.

| watch out for the tonic water. I got a bottle of that at the pub the other night when they'd run out of sparkeling water - there were 26g of carbs in it!! I nearly fell off my stool. Maybe everyone already knew that though. -for something that tastes like 'water' it sure packs a kj and carb punch!! Agree with the sparkeling water, - San pellegrino is lovely with dinner.

| Waterford make a heap of really nice mineral waters, keep your eye out for them and you can have 3 glasses of them a day
