Hi
I cannot find a mention of rhubarb in the booklet, but have been advised that rhubarb on 3/4 cup cooked oatmeal in the morning is an acceptable maintenance breakfast. Is this so? If so how much? The suggestion was given as I was looking for dietary ways to fight constipation, as a variation to taking TF fibre and prunes all the time. I have had a constant problem while on TF , although I do drink the 2 litres of water , 2 fruits and eat salads once or twice each day. If it is allowed, can you suggest the best way to prepare it.
thanks
Montessori Quilter
