Check with the freecall no - 1800 612 644
Im unsure, but i think i read somewhere that we cant have them because of the wheat. If the consultants say you cant have them, how about making up some cabbage rolls instead - they look the same as dimsims and taste the same (without the batter though)

| dim sims are not allowed on the program as they are too high in energy and carbs . For 1, 50g dim sim you are looking at approximately 102 calories (428kj) and 13g carbs.
but...........try some of these great member recipes CHICKEN MEATBALLS taste like steamed dim... kisses I made these tonight & they where YUMMO This recipe does not require ingredient amounts Mix together in a bowl chicken mince,1 egg white(i did not use the yolk to reduce the fat content),2 chicken stock cubes, onion, mushrooms, capsicum, broccoli & basil (& any other allowed vege of your choice, all diced into small pieces) mix it all together roll into small balls & place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cook in a moderate oven until golden brown. I then took out my allowed serving of protein for the day(froze the rest)& served them on a bed of shredded lettuce & put a small amount of Continental creamy chicken with mushroom sauce on top(heated in the microwave) & it was delish!!! You could put any allowed sauce on top or even some soy sauce as I found they tasted very much like a dim sim kisses Dumplings in a soup is a great idea!!! A splash of soy sauce & you have a nice healthy soup just like you got it at a Chinese restaurant YUMMY!!!!!! Bar chick Hello kisses, Well I got what I needed today and cooked one only in a frying pan with no carb spray WITH NO MASH Yummmmmy. I made a batch of 9 in total that should do me three meals with salad as they are small I think 3 at a time should be ok over 3 meals. kisses Glad you liked them, I make them about the size of a small bouncy ball(you know the ones out of a gumball machine thingy) & I have 5 as a meal, I love them on a bed of lettuce. I am glad you are all giving them a go YUMMO!!!! Have just had this for dinner with a twist.
Made the meatball recipe as per Mallys instructions, then wrapped (weighed) meat in cabbage leaves and steamed them. Like dim sim all right.
Can't wait to get ingredients together to try Mallys sweet chilli sauce.
Thanks for that Mally- yummy.
Sweet Chilli Sauce TayHay Ok there has been so much talk about sweet chilli sauce, that I sent Sarah a message to get the go ahead to post my recipe!
Ingredients 1 cup seeded fresh red chilli's 8 small garlic cloves 2 inch ginger 2 cups cider vinegar 2.5 cups splenda *1 tsp salt
Method Whizz chilli, ginger & garlic in food processor Add vinegar, salt and sweetner Boil mixture until a syrupy consistency & bottle.
The staff have recently ok'ed lite sour cream as an occasional treat (much to my surprise & delight)... So I'm thinking savoury mince served over steamed cauliflower topped with lite sour cream and this sweet chilli sauce *If on a diet..eliminate the salt…………….

| Dim Sims are my weakness too!!! Oh my.....soooo doing this recipe. The best dim sims in the whole entire country come from South melbourne markets....they make the BEST ones there and its very well-known. You can even buy them frozen in bulk.....I am so glad I dont live there now...hehehe I would be worse off than I am now.
