| hi ya 'big steve' dunno if forrestfield is classed south or east ! haha how you going on TF? i've only been on the program now abuot 6-7 weeks, had a couple of bumps along the way, but at the end of the day a loss is a loss i'm hoping to be under 80 kilos by xmas or fingers crossed closer to my goal weight of 75 kilos

well I'm not actually on TF to be honest. I came across the forum when I was doing research into creating my own regime, but Most of my diet plan is quite similar to the TF diet, and it has been quite successful so far :-) I even managed my goal weight 4 weeks early so I reset my goal as I think I could lose a bit more.

I'm from Armadale. However, my in-laws live in forrestfield armadale, that's about 20 mins from me i thinks, not that i get down that way much ! i tend to go from home to work (welshpool) and back home again and do that 5 days a week.....usually shop at belmont, carousel or midland, don't really venture too far
