| Hi everyone I just joined yesterday and have started thismorning. After having my son 2 years ago, i have gained almost 20kgs, and nothing i do seems to get it off. I have a holiday booked for February, so i am aiming to loose at least half of the weight i need to loose before then. My goal weight is back down to 58 which was always my average weight before i had my little man and i am currently 80kgs. I am feeling positive about doing this, and i am looking forward to a healthier me!! I only started thismorning with my first mixed berry shake... can anyone tell me how long it takes to stop the gag reflex? I suppose it shouldnt shock me after so many years of skipping breakfast, but it was all i could do thismorning to keep it down!!! Thanks!!
My total weightloss progress.
10 Kilos to loose for my holiday... hopefully

| Hey purkey, maybe that was a little too sweet for first thing in the morning. I always add 200ml of water, then i get ice and take it up to 250ml put in my shake, and i put it in the milkshake mixer, and it froths it all up and turns it like a thick shake - i also have to drink it with my two straws, i cant drink them unless i have the straws.

I've found I like the soup better in the morning, not as sweet.
Or a coffee flavoured shake - because i'm used to coffee in the morning.
But try a few different flavours, I was having trouble getting the vanilla down, but I loved the banana.. maybe it will help if your morning shake is something you really love

| Hi All I am dealing with it all a little better now . I have found that i love the banana and strawberry & cream flavours. I am yet to try the soup. But i will give it a go tomorrow in the morning i think. I have just bought a new blender today in hope that it will help with the fibre because i am still not able to keep the shakes down with it in there. Without it thou, i am pleasantly surprised how nice they taste!! I made up a batch of the jelly too which is great, i was expecting it to be not so nice... But even my 2 year old loves it!!! I think i have adapted to the food well enough. I love fruit and vegies anyway, so that is ok. My biggest issue will be when my little man shoves chips and biscuits in my face i think. Thanks to everyone who has commented back, i really appreciate. I think i will need as much help as i can get with my weighloss journey and i will more than likely have many many bad days that i will need help to get thru. So im off to have my lunch now.. shake and a salad i think Have a great day!!
My total weightloss progress.
10 Kilos to loose for my holiday... hopefully

| Hey Purkey...... hows it going? I hope ur finding it easier each day... im day 2 (end of) and although i am struggling with ONE craving, iv resisted. I hope it gets easier...my fiance has habbit of TEASING me with bisuits but that doesnt worry my alot- just while he is in front of me and then moves away and im ok! My water drinking is the hardest out the lost. I got thru 3.5lt day one then today iv kinda gone BLAHHH.... cant stomach it. Im not sure how to change it but i added a bit of DIET CORDIAL (allowed to) and it has helped... got thru about 2lt so far.... might not get much more in but thats ok. Well, i hope u find some variety in the shakes u can enjoy- STRAWBERY AND CREAM rocks!!!!!! Love it. I bought 7 flavours and 4 of each to try and see what i like the most.... and iv jotted them down to keep record so i dont forget!! There are a cpl i like so far... and glad about that. OPTIFAST VLCD had 4 flavours and cldnt stomach anything! THANKGOD for TF!!!!! Gd luck with everything and hope u stick to it and get the results u want! We are all here if u need to talk....
