Hi,

I have been on TF for almost 9 weeks now and have lost about 12kg. I am almost half-way to my goal weight of 65kg. Anyway, I have been having munch bars 7 times a week (one for lunch each day) as it is very easy for me.

All the TF consultants keep telling me that I can only have them 3-4 times a week because they have more carbs than shakes but this is obviously untrue. If you look at the nutritional panel there is actually slightly less carbs than a shake and over twice the amount of fibre.

Can you please tell me why the TF staff are telling me this? TF is working great for me the way I am doing it anyway. But I would just like to know.

In regards to your question, the Tony Ferguson Munch Bars have not yet been tested for their exact GI rating and for that reason we are recommending customers only limit their consumption to 3-4 times per week.

 

Like the sachets; they are kilojoule/calorie controlled. They contain good protein content and with their additional fibre content their glycemic effect is lowered making them a healthy alternative for weightloss customers.

 

Although TF Munch Bars have been designed as a convenient meal replacement option, you are free to consume them on a more regular basis if you wish. If you find that your weightloss results start to slow down or stop, then we would strongly recommend that you consider limiting your Munch Bars to 3-4 times per week.
