I reached below my goal weight early, I set my goal of 115kg by december 10th and Today I was 114.0 (weighed in a day early because of my ketosis cycle)
So I'm resetting my goal to 110 by Dec 10th, I think I may manage to get another 10kg off max, but I'll be on holiday after that and having a bit of a break

Start (some time in August) - 137kg
Friday 16th Oct - 120.8
Friday 30th Oct - 117.5
Thurs 12th Nov - 114.0
Thurs 26th Nov - 109.7

thanks guys :-) I can speed it up to about double the losses but I'd prefer not to. still spiking carbs and protein every few weeks which slows down losses for about 5 days. But I think that keeps my metabolism going :-)

Start (some time in August) - 137kg
Friday 16th Oct - 120.8
Friday 30th Oct - 117.5
Thurs 12th Nov - 114.0

Hmm this is a bit controversial, I never drink coffee, but after a recent bunch of 13 hour shifts in a row I needed something to keep me awake on the last shift, so I had 2 coffees (Both extra strong and with white sugar). I thought this may effect my weight loss a little, and it did. I lost weight quicker than the previous 4 days (I monitor my weight regularly to study the effects of my carb/protein spiking cycles and ketosis)

In fact it's looking Like I might bust my new goal of 110kg Early too :-|
Can't complain :-D

Hi, i am new, been doing TF for 5 weeks now, so pardon my ignorance if i ask something you've discussed before, but i was very interested in your comments about ketosis, what did you mean about your ketosis cycle?
