I notice TF usually talks about 10 apricot halves being the fruit allowance - does this mean you can't have the turkish dried apricots - they are whole pieces of fruit - do they still have too much sugar in them as they are not as dried out as the australian dried halves?

| My thoughts as well ... I ate the Turkish dried apricots today. The nutrition info (for 100g) on the package states: Energy 859kj (206 cal) Protein 4.3g Fat, tot 0.2g - saturated less than 0.1g Carbohydrate 41.5g - sugars 40.5g Sodium 37mg
