Hello,

I am new to the program about a month in and was wondering if you could eat Tic Tacs?

If you can is there a particular flavour? (As there are so many different ones around these days)

Um, I don't believe so... This is the nutritional info (admittedly from Wikipedia, but my net won't allow many sites to load right now!!).

Tic Tacs are a no but...........

you can have any of the sugar free mints less than 1gm/100gms.

The zones are really good for sewer breath also the listerine pocket packs

I realise Tic Tacs are a "NO NO", on the program but.........

They are what help gets me thru the day and havent

really halted me weightloss... I have to admit thou I do have

1-2 packets a day !!!

But hey there are worse things to be addicted to and eat!!!

I think sometimes things 'aren't allowed' because someone decided that.  Bit like watermelon - I personally don't think eating watermelon is going to slip things up.  Double pepperoni pizza might though

If I didnt have my Tic Tacs I doubt

I would have lasted this long!!

They keep me going!!!
