Hi Guys

I currently weight 79kg's (which is not obese, i just have about 10kg's of extra wieght I need to shed). I am currently a size 14 (or 16 if I want clothes to be a bit loose), but want to get to a size 10, or 12 i suppose. This should hopefully be a smooth process, if i stick to TF plan. Feel free to share your stories here if you are in a similar position to me. I hope to make my goal in 10 weeks (however xmas and the party season is approaching so may be hard at times!)

I am only in my first week, and going well, had a bad headache on the first/second days, but feel quite good now. I am enjoying making my shakes into buscuits sometimes, and I love the chocolate and strawberry shakes the best. I dont have much time during the week to excercise, so weekends are my chace to go the extra mile.

I had done TF once before, and did ok for about 4 weeks, but couldnt handle the lack of food so went off it, i fainted in a gym class because of lack of sugar and food, so Im taking it a bit easier this time in regards to excersize. Let me know how you are going with the program and your weight loss

Hi there all,

My starting weight was 73.3 kilos, im trying to get to 62 kilos by christmas but yes i have been a little naughty and am starting to hold myself back! I got my mojo back this week when i gained half a kilo!!! it scared me to get my act together.... im a size 10 in the top and 14 in the bottom, i want to get to a size 8 in the top and a 10 in the bottom. i would say a size 10 all over but i doubt my body shape will let me acheive such a thing!!! I have currently lost 4.3 kilos and have 7 to go

Im thinking i may need to go lower than 62 but im just trying to get there first...Lol

Good luck with your loss!!!

Well I just did my first weigh-in at TWC, its been 6 days (ran out of shakes, had to go back), and I lost 0.9kg's. I thought it would be more than that, I did everything perfectly. But its a good loss so Im happy with that now. I was really thinking I would lose around 1.5kg each week though!! Any thoughts....

Yeah I really have been, i have been trying so hard to skull water all day. I have had some diet coke with caffine, so that could also be slowing it i just realised.

Hi,

I am starting TF again as soon as the package in the mail arrives! Last time I lost 9kgs and kept it off for a while, but as a junk food lover I put it back on over 2 years.

I want to lose 4kgs in 4 weeks (mini goal) but going off my weight loss last time on the programme I think that is not achievable. When you only have a little bit of weight to lose it is very hard to pull those big numbers (especially 1.5kgs that 2009jessica would like to lose). But if you stick to it, drink plenty of water, then you will get a true reflection of how much you can lose - as everyone is different.

It unfortunate that I have to order online as I would have liked to have started the shakes already. But every time I go into a TFWC I get ridiculed about "oh you do need to lose weight", "we need to weigh you to make sure we can sell you the shaked" - even when I don't want to be weighed. It's very disheartening to get that from staff (at 2 different centres). I thought wanting to lose weight is to feel comfortable with your weight yourself - not for other people to judge you. Then I have to explain that I was 10kgs heavier when starting the programme, and am now putting the weight back on.

Anyway - onwards and upwards from here!

Re-started TF after gaining back the weight I had lost.
Mini Goal Challenge- Lose 4.4kgs (to weigh 60kgs) before xmas

18/11/09 - Start 64.4kg
25/11/09 - 63.6kg Loss 800gm
02/12/09 - 62.8kg Loss 800gm

I'm a returning TFer & I'm planning on losing at least 5kgs by Christmas.

My overall goal is to reach 55kgs (I'm a shorty @ 157cm) but I'm going to concentrate on reaching 60kgs first.

I started back on the shakes yesterday & so far so good. I am getting through my 2litres of water by breaking the consumption up into 2 cups at a time, i.e. 2 cups at brekky, 2 cups mid morning, 2 cups lunch & 2 cups just before dinner. I find it easier to do it this way & I found that last time I was on TF, it helped with my cravings.

Good luck all!

I am a returning TF'er as well. I previously lost 23kg and was even lucky enough to film an ad for TF. I got quite confident that I "could do it on my own" well 12 months later.....I'm 11kg heavier and 8cm bigger in the waist  Which obviously proves I couldnt  So I'm here to get it all back to what I was, with the ideal goal of 58kg.
