| Hi all, found my way here!! My name is shell and I have been struggling with my weight since having my first of three children 12 years ago. Well I was inspired by a friend who is looking at the program to look as well, and I joined yesterday!!!! Beat her to it actually. My plan is to start on Monday, it is my birthday on the weekend, so will go all out and then have a new beginning for a new year! I am really excited, and can't wait to see the results. Shell

Thanks! I'm very excited to see all the wonderful results people are achieving on here! Good on you all for making it happen. It's great to have this site and forum. I think one of the reasons I've always failed before is lack of support from people who are going through the same thing!!!!!
