Dear Blonde, Thank you for your enquiry. In response to your question, diet cordial is allowed on the program and it is fine for you to add to your water if it helps you consume the minimum amount of two litres per day. When choosing a cordial you need to ensure that the carbohydrates are no more than 1 gram per 100 ml hence I would not recommend that you consume Bickfords Diet Cordial range as the carbohydrates are too high. Water is the single most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off. It is important to drink 8-10 glasses (approximately 2 litres) a day. You should also increase the amount if you exercise briskly or if the weather is hot and dry. The water should preferably be cold as it absorbs into the system quicker than warm water. If you’re not drinking enough water, your body fluids will be thrown off balance and you may experience fluid retention, unexplained weight gain and loss of thirst. Ultimately, when your body gets the water it needs to function at its best, its fluids are perfectly balanced. If you should have any further enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us. Enjoy the rest of your day. Kind regards, Angela TF
