after what i thought was a good week, did a bit extra exercise etc, i only lost 0.1 of a kilo 
dunno wot i did wrong...
oh well, fingers crossed i have a better weigh in next week !!!

hi there 
maybe you have put on muscle with the extra exercise, as muscle weighs more than fat???? did you lose cms off the waist??? that is also a good indication that you are heading in the right direction and getting healthier, rather than relying on weight alone 
weight loss fluctuates from week to week due to a range of things including monthly cycles for us girls, muscle gain, fluid retention, etc but that even the little bits all add up to get you to where you want to go !!!
there are things that you can do if a kick start is needed, like mixing things around (eg. sometimes having the protein and veges meal at a different time such as at lunch rather than dinner or doing a different sort of exercise) just to give your body a jolt out of its normal routing

Don't be too concerned, maybe next week the weight loss will show up. This sometimes happens to me. Don't give up!

| Hey mrs white, its still a loss, which is fantastic!! I had a really sucky week a couple of weeks ago, and i couldnt believe it, then the next time i weighed in i well and truely made up for it - hopefully that will happen to you also. Btw, muscle doesnt weight more then fat, a kilo of muscle is the same as a kilo of fat, the difference is, the size of it - think of a kilo of feathers against a kilo of butter - same weight, different dimensions. Are you taking measurements mrs white? I believe they are more accurate, and you have been working hard, so if you havent been taking them so far, start taking measurements now you might be pleasantly surprised
