Hi all

My name is Katie and I am 20. I know that i am very much overweight and while i've tried various methods of losing weight, i've never achieved real success. I have tried TF before but i am my own worst enemy and i sabortaged myself. I cant keep doing this to myself, i am destroying my life with this attitude and there's a possiblity i wont ever achieve my one massive goal of having children. I need to change my life for the better. It seems like such a simple thing, "Just stop eating all this junk, everyone else can do it, why cant you?" so why can't i make it THAT simple and just do it? I need to stop letting people get in the road of my success, i need to stop those people from making comments about me to my face and stop them from dragging me down, giving me a multitude of excuses to stop myself from doing anything about my weight. I want to lose weight. I want to change my life. I want to be HAPPY. I want to wear nice clothes. I want people to look at me and go "God you look amazing" instead of me constantly thinking "i wonder if their thinking im fat, i'm so fat, god i dont want to be like this". I have an amazing partner who i know loves me no matter what and with his support and encouragement i have to do this, i have to be able to make this work. I dont care how long this takes, this is no diet, this is a LIFESTYLE change. To hell with those people who think i cant do this. Your opinions dont matter to me any more. I am going to be healthy. NOW! Off to order my products!!

Whooo hooo katie may Welcome to the tf journey   I love your attitude - if anyone trys to sabbotage you, smile sweetly and say thank you but not today. Set yourself mini goals along your journey, treats that are just for you, like getting your hair or nails done or a new outfit and with persistance, you will be able to strut your stuff with pride

You could always give the clothes you are growing out of, to your friends who do try to sabbotage you, that might keep em quite, or you could always sell em

Thanks so much!! It's not really my friends who are trying to sabortage me.. it's my parents.. which i guess opens up a whole new issue. They arent exactly Mr and Mrs. Positive Attitude

Welcome back katie,

YOu can do this, you really can.  Just look at this week and trying to perfecting the program each day. If you do not quite not achieve this today, try to do it tomorrow and when you get to your weigh in, pat yourself on the back for a good week achievement and try to do better the next week.

Being a big girl and having heaps to lose also, it can be abit daunting to realise how much you really need to lose but broken down to five or 10kgs lost, its baby steps to the finish line. Some of your journey might be a three step forward and two step back, do not get sad/depressed, just remember you still getting closer to the winning cycle.

I personsally found that the chromium Plus work very well for me to sticking on program.

I look forward to watching your progress into the woman you want to be.
