I went out for tea at the lone star sat night.. its all you can eat.. yes i had 3 plates full having the choice of pizza, fish and chips, chineese roasts etc I ate alot of salad lean roast meat as possible, and a little chinesse.. there may have been a little extra fat in the chineese and a little over my carbs and fruit serv, I RESISTED TEMPTAION..i had no carbs such as chips or pizza and it was really easy..I am so happy with my food choices and perhaps once i get my weight under control i can have a little of theese things here or there as a treat..

I knew i was setting myself up and i didnt fall!! im very happy, i could of so easy had a nit of mud cake or carrot cake or pizza.. but i was determined to do the right thing as it wasnt my day off..

To top off the night we had a nice walk along the st kilder peer and looked around Luanr park..that went for about an hour.. what a perfect way to top off a large meal.. great night i had to share

Great one Kimmy

Awesome I just had the same last night for my birthday dinner night. Had to resist all the nibbles that were brought out by the restaurant
