Hi,
Good luck on the programme. My advice is to try lots and lots of recipes that have been developed by the members here on this forum . I must admit I have stopped being bored on the programme now even though I kept losing even though I was bored. The forum is a great motivation and I log on everyday. I'd be lost without it.

Thanks to the extended TF family out there for your help.

Hi Trina

Im finding it ok so far... i am struggling about 2 hours after ive had a shake thou with the hunger pains lol but that will pass. I have lost 2ks so far, so i am super happy with that.

Im more surprised that i havent cheated yet... i am pretty bad with following thru with things like this. But i have stuck to my guns and it seems to be paying off

Keep up the great work. It is so good to see success stories all around!!

My total weightloss progress.

10 Kilos to loose for my holiday... hopefully
