| Hi all. I am back again and have a few little comments and questions. I did Tony Ferguson last year and lost approximately 8kgs in 6 weeks - I was very happy. The biggest advantage for me was how it made me feel. Unfortunately my weight loss led into Christmas and I put on the 8kgs plus more. Very dissappointing. I never quite got back into the zone - I tried it again a few times after that but never stuck with it and never thought that the results I had the first time were as significant the second time. I am one of those girls who are always looking for a fast-track way of losing weight. I have tried every diet - especially over the last year or two where I have battled most with weight gain. I am also always sceptical and although I am exactly the kind of consumer the weight loss industry is after - I do believe that its such a money making industry and the industry works because of returning custom. I wanted to say that because I know that there are so many of you out there who think the same and if you don't think it - others around you have said as much to you I'm sure. Now for the positive bit. Having tried all the others - including Bodytrim - I have to say hand on heart that this gave me the best results. It made me feel good and I lost weight. I mentioned earlier that my second loss wasn't as significant as the first - it wasn't but looking back on my card - I still lost - every week. So - now I've wasted money on all the others and I'm back. With all the willpower I can muster - I have to drop these stubborn kg's that I have picked up. I want to do 15 in total and when I reach 10 - I will be very happy. I'm going to do the best I can do before Xmas! Thanks for 'reading' my long message. I hope it inspires you - hang in there. This works and honestly all of your weight loss stories keep me inspired so keep writing. Can someone please answer this question for me: When I did TF the last time - I used to have a shake and a salad for lunch. On the example menu I saw for seven days - many of those days just have a shake or soup or shake or soup equivalent without the salad. Is that how its supposed to be? I would prefer to do it exactly right. Look forward to hearing from all those in the know Thank you thank you - wish me luck this time around

| hi i started 3 days ago on day 1 i had salad and a shake for lunch on day 2 i didn't and i felt hungry till dinner time it is fine to have salad or vegies with your lunch shake as you can eat as much of your allowable vegies as you like dont forget you must have at least 3 cups each day drink plenty of water as that makes you feel full also good luck on your weight loss journey
