Dear Tony Ferguson staff,
I bought alot of shakes at the start of the year around $200 worth. I lost alot of weight last year because of the shakes and ordered alot in one go. I drank some of it and stopped using it because i didn't need to but now I want to use it again but I found out that the shakes expired in august this year. I was shocked since I thought they would last me at least a year before it goes off and it was alot of money. Most other shakes i tried lasted at least 2 years so i was devastated. I know that Tony Ferguson is a company that looks after their customers. Is there anyway to exchange the shakes for new ones?

We have no control over the product once it leaves our premises and therefore have no means of checking whether an exchanged sachet has been tampered with. As we are selling a product that is to be consumed by the customer every precaution must be taken to protect the health and well being of the customer. ersonName w:st="on">Tony FergusonersonName> believes that it is essential that customers have absolute confidence that the sachets that they purchase have been sold to them in the same condition that they were manufactured. ersonName w:st="on">Tony FergusonersonName> would like to help the returning customer however the safety and well being of the customer who consumes the product must prevail. When it comes to selling our products and their expiry dates we abide by the laws given. Like all food products, they are bound to expire within a year, and our shakes are milk based so you would not expect them to last for years.
