Hi everyone

Ive decided to join back on Tony Ferguson and im pretty determined this time around!! ive just got enagged and my engagement party is in 9 weeks so im aiming to loose 9-10 kgs

i ahve a quick question though .. I was wondering if i can have my shake for breakfast as normal and have salad and protien for lunch and  then a shake or soup for dinner .. with my two pieces of fruit throughout the day?

I just find it a bit better when i feel like i actually eat something for lunch

Thanks everyone!

Hi Eduardo,

What you have suggested sounds fine to me - as long as you have 2 shakes/soups/munch bars throughout the day with your protein serve & allowed fruit & vegies, it doesn't matter when you actually have them, so if it suits you to have your protein at lunch then go for it

Good luck!

Marzi

Welcome to the forums!

I do exactly what you asked..I prefer my main meal at lunch as thats when I am my hungriest...and I like to go to bed without feeling so full. its perfectly fine to do that as long as you eat all thats required on the diet.

My consultant says its fine.

She said you can have your one protein meal any time you like, you can even have it for breakfast!
