Hi

Man this diet is hard yakka. When I first signed up she said 'protein the size of your hand' and I looked at my hand and thought 'WOW, my hand is HUGE'... and now I look at my hand and think 'damn you tiny hand!'.

Quick question, does anyone know if we're allowed to eat skinny cow ice cream?

Or if not, whats the brand of the sugarfree icecream?

The Peters one is good Unfortunately, the Skinny Cow ones are not reccomended - I found this on the "Ask the TF Staff" section...

Thank you for your enquiry. In response to your question, we have compared the Skinny Cow Ice-creams to the Peters No Added Sugar Ice-cream and  have come to the conclusion not to recommend this product on our Program because of its higher energy and carbohydrate content.

The Peters Ice-cream only has 50 calories (210kj) and 4.1g carbohydrates per serve, whereas the Skinny Cow Ice-creams can range between 80-100 calories (336kj-420kj) and 11-22g carbohydrates.

If you choose to consume this product then that is your choice but keep in mind that it may effect your weightloss.

If you should have any further enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us.
