Hi All,

Well, it is week two of "back on the wagon", and I've decided to be proactive and clear my kitchen of all things anti-TF, and stock it up with goodies that will help me stay on track.

I've gone out and got a new spice rack (on sale ) and am going to stock it up with the spices I've seen in the "World of Flavours" cookbook... to ensure I can whip some dinners up without too much extra shopping each time.

Just putting a call out there - does anyone have any TF-friendly staples in their kitchen that they can recommend?

That's all for now....

Miss Larnie

I did the same when I started last week. Barring a few things for my partner to add to his dinners (like pasta and rice).

I have the following in my pantry (Including my spice rack, which I think I have about 20 different spices and herbs in):
Tinned Tomatoes in Natural Juice (I have found out you can do the flavoured tomatoes if they are less than 5g per 100g)
Tomato Paste
Dilmah Rooibos Tea (Cinnamon & Peppermint blend is my FAV!)
Splenda
Indian Curry Paste
A couple of the continental bases
Stock powder
Salad Dressings
Gravy
Best Foods Mayonaise
Dijon Mustard
Worchester Sauce
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Whole grain mustard

Onions/Shallots and garlic

And of course all my shakes/soups

Hope that helps hun or least is a good start! Shopping for food has been soo much cheaper for me knowing.. this is what I can have. Also helps when items are on sale, you can stock up!

I have become SUCH an herb and spice adder now! Was so much fun going to the grocery store and picking out 5 I think I would like to try and it has grown from there!

Have a great time shopping
