| I have been given all the info to start Progress but have decided to hold off until I reach my first goal, which is only 2.2 kgs away! I originally chose to add back eggs, cheese and pasta, and my consultant told me the quantities: 2 eggs, 60gms cheese and 1/2 cup of pasta. However, I think I would like to add either ham or chicken to a salad instead of cheese. Does anyone know the portion sizes allowed for progress? I know I can have 120g of protein for my main meal, but I wonder what is the equivalent of a shake or soup? thanks......

I would imagine it's still 120 grams (uncooked) or 90 grams (cooked), but check with the TF staff or call the hotline to confirm
