I have been given all the info to start Progress but have decided to hold off until I reach my first goal, which is only 2.2 kgs away! I originally chose to add back eggs, cheese and pasta, and my consultant told me the quantities: 2 eggs, 60gms cheese and 1/2 cup of pasta. However, I think I would like to add either ham or chicken to a salad instead of cheese but I'm not sure of the quantity. I know I can have 120g of protein for my main meal, but what amount of protein is the equivalent of a shake or soup?

thanks......

Dear Nearly50,

Thank you for your enquiry.  In response to your question, each Shake or Soup contains approximately 15 grams of protein per serve. This amount of protein will equate to 2 slices of lean ham, or half a palm size piece of chicken.

Please keep in mind that any changes you wish to make to your Progress plan must be reviewed by your Progress consultant first.

If you should have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
