It is a struggle but you do get used to it , try the plan on the website, maybe mix & match having a shake & then a soup for lunch maybe. Also fill up on water & veges

Good luck with your journey

hey olivia, welcome to the tf journey I found it difficult to have the shakes & soups at meal times, so what i do now, is i have them around smoko time - 10amish and 3pmish. It was just too hard for me to have them at meal times, with veges etc as i would be too full.

It does take a little bit of practice to get into a routine, and get yourself organised - i like to have my fruit, snacks etc all ready so that i can grab them should i need to, and the receipes in the receipe thread area  great idea, as i often turn my soups and shakes into something else (biscuits, cakes, piklets etc)

20-22 August - TF health & wellness retreat being held in nsw -  http://www.tonyferguson.com/retreat

(i want to go cheaper, and if we get three or more people to go we only pay $499 for a weekend of fun & motivation)
