And i am very happy to say that i haven't cheated yet! In general my biggest issue when i try to do anything like this is that i have the mentality that 1 little (insert weakness here) wont hurt. So so far this week i have been tempted with hot chips, which were a regular appearance on my lunch list, tim tams, my all time favourite biscuit and my son shoving whatever he happens to be eating in my face offering me his food. And i have turned all down. I am blessed to have such a supporting man, he has been great so far, he has even had some of my meals with me, which is fantastic! My workmates on the other hand... i am getting alot of negativity from them, even the 1 girl who is supposed to be doing this with me.. they are all trying to get me to eat things i cant, and more importantly, dont want to! So to date i have lost 2kgs, this is according to my scales at home, i have first official weigh in tomorrow and im a little nervous about that, but im sure it will be fine. The only thing i am still having trouble with at this stage is the fibre, i really can not keep it down. Is there any alternative to adding it to the shakes? Also can anyone tell me.. am i able to take the flavours back i dont like? I got a couple that i thought would be nice, but i just dont like them. Or do i have to stick with what i chose in the beginning? I still have a whole weeks worth to go and im running low on the flavours i do like.
My total weightloss progress.
10 Kilos to loose for my holiday... hopefully

| Hey purkey you can get tf fibre capsuals, i use them, and only use the fibre powder if i am cooking. I often seen the tf soups and shakes on ebay and oz for sale. I got a couple of flavours here i detest also - pumpkin & tomato. I wonder if its worthwhile having a swapping thread lol

Well done on your loss With the fibre- I put it in a glass of really strong diet cordial and drink it FAST. I don't like it and bought the big conainer (what was I thinking )

I can't stand the fibre either. I tried to drink it in a chocolate shake, and couldn't get through half of it. I'm relieved to hear that I'm not alone here.
Fortunately I don't need it, and my husband (who insists on a lot of greasy food) has absconded with my bottle anyway.

If you don't like the fibre you can by capsules, or you can switch to a more soluable form of fibre like Benefibre.
Congrats on making it through a whole week -- fantastic you are getting the support at home. Please try to ignore your workmates, they are just trying to sabotage your losses. Stay strong and show them this can be done

| YAAAAY!! I just had my very first weigh in and am SUPER happy to report i have lost 2.3 kgs and 2cms!!! They did let me exchange the soups i dont like, but not the shakes. I think they only let me change the soups because it is like 39degs here!! They said i cant do it again. Also bought a tropical mango flavour while i was there and tried that for lunch.. OMG YUM!! The fibre... i tried it again thismorning. I thought i should give it a good go. I added more water and only had 1 teaspoon and i didnt really notice it this time. I think i will stick with doing that. The girl who was dieting with me... she has quit. So that means its all up to me for my own support now!! Oh well.. I can do it!! Have a great day!!

Whooo hoooo purkey!!! Well done!!! What a fantastic start to your journey!!
Dont worry about your friends not doing it with you, the one that fell off the wagon might just see how your going, and might just start up again after seeing your results.
