Hope everyone is good this week, had my fourth weigh in today and I have only lost 800 grams, but its my fault we went out to dinner to celebrate getting engaged and I didnt stick to what Im supposed to eat, so only have my self to blame, but i got straight back on the diet and wont let it happen again.....I hope....lol
