lol i dont actually notice the weight loss, everybody else does xD
but i feel so much healthier, which is the best feeling in the world

Thats good to hear I had a pretty hard first day! I struggled so hard with eating 3 cups of vegetables - how do you get yours down?

| hey rachee, you dont have to eat all the veges in one sitting - spread them out. Make vege sticks and dips or salsas for snacks, and add veges to your soups. Its surprising when you see all the different things and ways you can have your veges and you realise that sometimes you eat more then the 3 cups lol cauli popcorn is a favorite of many, so are zuchinni chips, and stuff tomatos, capsicums, mushrooms etc - all of these add to your 3 cups lol Have a look through the receipe thread to get some really good ideas to try - most of the things i have tried are really really yummo
