Hi All,
I've been on TF for just over a month. I'm a first timer and I have tried all the shake flavours and most of the soups.
I enjoy all of them and suffer no ill effects as a lot of you are mentioning. Although I havent tried many of the old formulations,
I just want to say that I dont have any problems with the taste or texture of any of them.

| Please please please bring back the old formula for the chicken soup!!!! It used to be my favourite, but it isn't even palatable any more! We put a lot of trust in you to join your program, but i feel as if that trust has been violated by changing the taste and trying to pass it off as just being "a change of packaging and making it gluten free"! We are not stupid - please don't treat us as if we are!!!!

From reading this thread I really don't understand why people are feeling ill from the new shakes.. i've used both (the old for several weeks) and I don't notice much difference at all. All of the additions sounds like a good idea. I used to find the shakes very sickly (especially the french vanilla and english toffee) but now I find the shakes to be less sweet (which is a good thing) and much more palatable. I welcome the fact that gluten has been taken out.. I'm not coeliac but gluten tends to make me feel sluggish and retain water, which i've noticed these don't do. I haven't tried the new chicken soup but the new pumpkin and pea and ham ones are great. I still have an older chicken one which i plan on trying sometime this week.. but i did hear it wasn't very nice, so i'm curious as to what it will be like.

I have had to stop my program as the added extra fibre as little as it may be has had a huge impact (to put it as nicely as I can)on my daily bodily functions.I had a great fear of leaving the house because I could never be to far from the bathroom & as for going for a walk, well this just didn't happen because once I started walking it had an effect on certain body fuctions also.To add extra fibre to the shakes & soups for someone that eats enough vegetable to sink the Titanic is absolutely ridiculous, this meant that I would have had to not eat as much fresh veg & rely on artificial fibre, pretty silly.I know that I'm not the only person to be in this predicament & I can't see why something that was not broke had to be fixed. When people tell you about this kind of thing believe me they are not exaggerating. So ends my attempt with TF I guess I will just have to find another way of ridding myself of my body fat.Regards chrisc.

| On a positive note with this one: I think the tomato soup has been improved & all the soups are alot thicker which makes them taste like real soup! Has anyone tried the additional vege suggestions on the back? I don't like the pea & ham soup at all, but I don't really like any fake pork/bacon flavour so that's no suprise. If you have a bad experience with these, why don't you just try another flavour? I did and now I'm really happy with the few that I like

I don't have the soups, hated them all, but I love the shakes.....I didn't really notice any difference when they were 'updated' I just love them, if it wasn't for the shakes, I'd still be very overweight.

| I have noticed the changes to the sachets and while the packaging is OK, the contents are very dissappointing. The shakes are much sweeter and as for the soups - quite YUK. My favourite - Asian Curry - is dreadful. Also I am having trouble losing weight which was much easier before. Hope changes back to the original formulas can be made. marian104

| Have just returned to Tony for a bit of a "touch-up" and am really enjoying the "new" shakes. Also very grateful the gluten has been taken out as this has expanded my flavor range enormously. Thank you Tony - loving it.
