um....found it in my parents caravan ( they have been travelling around oz and have stopped for a visit) it is called No Egg Natural egg rplacement and is made by 'Orgran"
nutritional panel total carb per serving is 2.45 , protein 0gms
gluten free, dairy free and egg and animal derivative free
i assume it can be found in health food stores? mum thinks she found it in woolworths in the health food section.

Dear Pokonut,
Thank you for your enquiry. In response to your question, the specific egg substitute that you are enquiring about is a product called Orgran ‘No Egg’ Egg Replacer powder.
Our nutritionist has analysed this specific product and found that for one serving (3g), there is only 39 kJ and 2.5g carbohydrates. There is no fat or protein.
Due to there being no protein, this product can not be used as substitute for protein.
Therefore, we will treat this product as a normal tread as it still contains some kilojoules and carbohydrates. You will be able to use this product no more than three times per week.
Enjoy and please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further enquiries.
Kind regards,
Angela TF
