My favourite iPhone weightloss(ish) apps:

MyFitnessPal - FREE

Create or find recipes, easy food diary tracking (add items for automatic totalling, or add a serving of your recipes!). Also has a website, I enter my recipes on the web and manage my food diary on my phone. I would easily have paid for this app, it rocks. With this properly setup, you don't need a TF app.

HomeRoutines - $4.49
I use this app to make routines for weekdays and weekends, it's not a food diary, it's more like a checklist, you turn empty stars yellow for a completed task. Great to make sure you're eating all your food, eating your fruit, drinking all your water, prepping lunches, etc. If you put them in chronological order with a time in the title, it's like a reminder list too (without beeping). Also has a website, but I haven't used the website yet.

Be Positive Daily Inspiration - FREE
Simple, a new daily quote on a pretty background. If you wish you could keep them, just take a screen capture. These update live, unlike most of the static motivation apps.

My Personal Motivator - $0.99
Quotes - static content, but sorted by bad moods, pick a bad mood, get an appropriate motivator.

Life Altering Quotes for inspiration - FREE
Quotes - static content

MyFood - Nutrition Facts - FREE
Interesting to flick through, has nutrition information in a different kind of layout, so you can look up how much manganese is in a fruit or vegetable. I find it interesting to look at, for foods I do and don't like, what's in them.

I have an android phone and would have loved a TF app! (Weight watchers has one). But right now I use MyFitnessPal which is brilliant.
