Could someone tell me when the maintanance program starts. I have only lost 3.1kg and have a fair bit to go but i want to know when the maintanace program starts. Is it when you reach your goal weight?

| Hi, The maintanance program starts once you have got to your goal weight......hope this helps maybe someone else like Pat that is on maintanance might shed some light here...........
restarted my journey in Nov 09 at 145kgs next goal 140kg DONE next goal is 135kg Misty TO TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME

| Hi there, if you have a look at the subjects underneath, I have gone into fairly detailed description of what happens when you go on maintenance. I had set one goal then decided to lower it. It really is a personal choice. I got too low and looked terrible, so put a few kilos back on. It really is your decision in the end, what feels comfortable. I didn't want to look like a size 8 supermodel, just wanted to feel healthier and be able to shop in the "normal" section of the shops. I have done that, there are still plenty of flabby bits, but I am happy and that is all that matters. Good luck on the programme, Pat

Don't know or use this product - just like their tickers! Made goal October 2005 70 kgs. Trying to get back there.
