Im probably the only one who will suggest this, but Id love licorice. (If licorice ice cream is anything to go by)

Hubby would love the choc mint.

Hi all

I just thought I would tell you what I did with my shakes yesterday.  I read a post about the size and I tried an experiment.  I used my Chocolate Shake for breakfast, but I saved about a third of the powder.  For lunch I chose a Banana shake, but instead of making it as usual I used 2/3 of that and then added the chocolate.  I made the shake using about 300 - 350 ml of water - it was delicious.  The colour was not that good but it tasted great.  I may try the strawberry & cream one and mix it with a french vanilla to see what happens.

I like the idea of the choc mint and choc malt, but I wish that they would bring back the original vanilla. The new french vanilla is so sickly sweet!

I'm a huge fan of the choc mint and jaffa but one thing I do miss is my blueberry muffins so maybe just blueberry.  While we're dreaming (and having major cravings thinking about it) how about white choc, irish cream and maybe something that taste like kahlua.

i don't know about anyone else, but as i read this post from start to finish, i was salivating !! hehehe

I had a break in between when i first started TF and and now, so this time around, i've received the new flavours, and i have to say that i love all of them! The french vanilla is very nice, so is the strawberries and cream. I wasn't sure if i would like the english toffee but i do.

I agree with the idea of new flavours such as choc mint, jaffa and caramel....three of my all time fave flaves

My suggestions are for more fruity ones for summer....so mango, passionfruit, pine-lime, apple-kiwi, maybe even a fruit salad one!

I have been making smoothies out of my shakes for breakfast with just a small portion of fruit, eg 2 or 3 strawberries, half a kiwi, or half a small banana and just a big dollop of plain low fat yogurt and some ice...whip it with that hand held mix master and i have a very yummy, rather filling shake. oh i also put some fibre powder thru it too. So some fruit flavour shakes would be very yummy for summer...now MY mouth is watering!!

oh making me hungry. I like the apple / cinnamon thing. Had a real thing for that before I was on these shakes. Love the peanut butter choc ones. And then I wondered about a peach one? sounds bizzare but I am so in love with the peach taste lately? So my ideas are

I Second the idea of peanut butter & choc and I second the apple cinnamon idea. Oh and the caramel.

How about?

  • White choc
  • Butterscotch
  • coconut or pina colada
  • gingerbread? (sounds weird but is just a spicy toffee flavour).
  • Sticky date pudding.

Ok getting really weird now? But I like a range of stuff. You can tell I sometimes miss a few sweet things

Meow! looking forward to a purrfectly healthy life!

Caramel sounds good, I do love all the flavours they have, especially the expresso, I feel like I am having my iced coffee.  I too put ice in my shakes.  I have only been putting about 4 in my morning shake, but will try it with more now too.  I usually put my Simply Fibre in my morning shake only, that is why I pop it all in the blender with ice, it helps take away that 'bits' feeling away from the fibre.
