| Ok. Here are 2 pics, one taken a year before the other, both terrible lol!  
Aug 10th 2004- This is me a week before starting T.F. 93kg at my brothers wedding I was attending gym and weighed 2 months after my 4th childs birth 91 kg and following Atkins diet ( i had already lost 4 kg) i thought I looked good too...shakes head!) And my final pic, a size 12 at 72 kilos... 
(this is a padded bra,lol!)

Xmas 2005- 12.5 kilo lost Size 14 outfit!  
20 march 06 -18kilo lost (Yes i know u can see my knickers, thats the point, see how tight these pants were at Xmas?)

| Hi Yaz Great work - how good do you look!!! (Not that before you weren't!!) but you look great!!! Good idea to keep the shorts for comparison with furture weight losses and when you reach goal. You're definately looking good! That must be inspiration for you when you see the pic's of yourself???

| Hey Gemma, yes I do feel a lot better about myself now! I don't have to keep reminding myself to stand up straight and suck my guts in! It stays where it is supposed to all on its own. And AppleCatchers...believe me, you wouldn't want to see whats under the shorts, cellulite city baby! I have an extended date with some step machines when I get this weight off, i tell ya!

| Cellulite isn't all that bad... imagine if you had a blind partner, they would have a field day! (I apologise if that offends anyone, but I do have a terrible habit of turning negatives into jokes I mean no harm  ) P.S - I started today!!!... and I had an interesting shock, I had lost a kilo in the week leading up to today, my body started without any help, haha.
