hey everyone- this probably dosnt really count as inspiration but i feel it has helped me get through some tough  times when ive really wanted to just give up and binge- it sounds simple but what i do when i REALLLY want a peice of cake/chocolate/bread/food im NOT allowed lol, is think of three little words "think weigh in" this reminds me of how amazing i feel every week when i get on the scales and see how much ive lost! it REAALLY helps me stay focused- becuase it changes the negative thinking "oh i realllly want some of that cake- damn this deit!" to "yey! by not eating that cake i KNOW im gonna be happy on weigh in day" therefore making the situation positive raher than negative

love ya all

I like that Ness!! That one is getting burned into my brain.

And I like froggies idea too, today i wore a fairly new top and it took me to lunch time to realise why it didnt look so good today - it is too big!!!!! That the first thing that has done that! I keep this top for that!

         luv u Mal!

This my inspiration, I want to look like this again....SOON!

I think of weigh in day too, it such a great feeling to see those numbers decrease each week! and by breaking it down into weekly chunks it hasn't seemed too huge a feat...each day is a step closer.

Now that a fair bit of weight has come off, I also love to try on smaller sizes and have a couple of items that are a bit tight, that I keep trying on when I need motivation....

Isn't it great to try on clothes that used to fit or where even a bit tight and have them look not right because they're too big?!
